Hello, I think you might want to disable the antivirus program whiles trying the fixes. Or u can whitelist the office programs in your antivirus. That should also fix it. Thank you. Thanks you, will give that a try, I don't have any third party anti virus, only use that included in Windows itself. Sorry for the delay, have been away. No this has not solved the problem, I am considering going back to Windows 7. This site in other languages x.
